Dick is a member of the firm's Business Section and has more than twenty-five years of experience in ERISA and tax related matters. This significant experience includes qualified retirement plan design and compliance, executive compensation planning and estate planning, negotiating settlements involving substantial tax liabilities and the sale of business tax planning.
Dick has represented clients before the IRS, the Virginia Department of Taxation and the United States Tax Court. He has also conducted continuing education tax seminars for attorneys and certified public accountants.
