Victor is the Facility and Office Services Manager for Hirschler Fleischer. As the Facility and Office Services Manager, Victor oversees the day-to-day service needs of the firm ranging from the management and maintenance of the physical plant, building or equipment maintenance issues to general supplies and office furniture/products. He has been with the firm since 1988 and before being promoted to his current position he was the Mailroom supervisor.
