February 19, 2004 HIRSCHLER FLEISCHER HANDLES OVER $1 BILLION IN REAL ESTATE SECURITIES TRANSACTIONS Richmond, Va., February 19, 2004 -- Hirschler Fleischer announced today that in 2003 its Real Estate Securities Practice Group structured over 75 offerings of real estate related securities totaling over $1 billion. The Real Estate Securities Practice Group at Hirschler Fleischer is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of corporate/securities, tax and real estate attorneys who specialize in representing issuers and underwriters in private placements and public offerings of securities and associated acquisitions and financings. Simmons have been promoted to become members of the firm. "Wythe and Rod are tremendous assets to our profession and to the greater Richmond community," said James W. She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2002. Randal C.
